On-Site Measuring - A professionally trained and insured OBEO team member will visit the location to take precise measurements of the space.
Floorplan Creation - A skilled designer uses those measurements to create a clean, accurate floor plan for each level using advanced design software.
2D Floor Plan Files - Your high-resolution floor plans are delivered in an online gallery where you can easily view, download, share, and resize your files anytime.
NOTE: Standard service includes a black-and-white floor plan for each level, with room measurements, for properties up to 5,000 square feet.
Available Upgrades: Additional square footage beyond 5,000 sq ft, color floor plans, total square footage calculations per level/property and furnished 3D floor plan images.
