With new assignments available daily across the country, there are constant opportunities to stay busy and earn extra income.
COMPENSATION
We offer a wide range of assignments—from quick local shoots to larger, higher-paying projects. Compensation varies based on the product(s) requested, job complexity, number of photos and location.
When a job becomes available in your area, you’ll receive a text notification with all the details — including location, required services, expectations, and pay. From there, you can simply choose to accept or decline the assignment based on what works best for you.

Apply
Submit your application with experience, equipment, and location to join the OBEO network.
Training
Complete online lessons and quizzes to learn OBEO standards, workflow, and expectations.
Test Shoot
Accept a test shoot, photograph a home, and upload images following OBEO standards and training knowledge.
Coverage Map
Define your coverage map area, submit W-9, and add payment details to receive assignments and pay.
Background
We perform a personal background check to finalize onboarding and activate your profile.
Activation
Once approved, you will be activated to accept and complete work assignments.
